Advance Notice Book Nights will be held on Zoom in September in conjunction with our Spring Term Intensive. The text will be Mindfully Facing Climate Change by Bhikkhu Analayo. An expert scholar of early Buddhism as well as a practitioner,
Bhikkhu Analayo draws on the Four Noble Truths and other basic teachings to explore our relationship to the Earth and skilful responses to the climate emergency and the often painful emotions it elicits. The topic will tie in well with the winter Dharma study course, Buddhism by Numbers. The text is available in book form from the usual sources, or as a free PDF download here. If you like to work from a book, order it well in advance as mail delivery slow at the moment.
