Brentwood Borough Council Corporate Sponsorship Packages 2019

Brentwood Borough Council is delighted to announce that the 2019 corporate sponsorship packages are now open. From as little as £50, we have some very exciting opportunities for local businesses to be part of our community and business events through sponsorship.

We have introduced a new ‘platinum package’ this year, which may interest to Brentwood companies who want to extend their branding across multiple Council events.

Brentwood Art Trail 2019

The 2019 Brentwood Art Trail is part of Essex’s eleventh Summer of Art, which showcases artists from across the county from May to October.

The Brentwood Art Trail has been running since 2009 and is a great way to enjoy the artwork of the Borough’s many talented artists. Visitors can see a variety of work that will be displayed in participating shops and businesses throughout Brentwood.

The Brentwood Art Trail will be widely publicised through leaflets, posters, banners, social media and news outlets, giving artists promotion to a larger audience and bringing footfall to participating venues.

If you would like to enter as an artist or know someone who may be interested, please fill out an artist application form by clicking the button below.

FREE Business Engagement to Support On-Call Firefighter Recruitment

Date: 1 May 2019

Time: 8.30pm - 2.00pm

Venue: Essex County Fire & Rescue Service, London Road, Rivenhall, CM8 3HB

Essex County Fire and Rescue Service (ECFRS) is inviting businesses owners and organisation employers to a free networking and business engagement event at its Headquarters.

The event is aimed at supporting ECFRS’ drive in working with the community to recruit on-call firefighters. On-call firefighters have everyday lives and jobs until their pager sounds; then they immediately make their way to the fire station to become a firefighter on the front line saving lives.

Both the employee and the employer benefit from the range of skills an on-call firefighter brings to a business. The event is for both business owners that currently employ on-call firefighters and businesses that are interested in supporting the on-call programme in the future in one way or another.

During the event you’ll hear from businesses who currently employ on-call firefighters and take part in discussions about the rewards and challenges it brings. There will also be an opportunity to network with other businesses and meet ECFRS Chief Fire Officer/Chief Executive Jo Turton and Assistant Chief Fire Officer Dave Bill.
