Decentralised wholesale electricity markets for rapid decarbonisation

RAP’s Michael Hogan teamed up with Rob Gramlich of Grid Strategies LLC to contribute to a new research series on wholesale power markets published by Energy Innovation. The authors’ policy brief explains how a robust central spot market with decentralised contracts can maximize competition, innovation and flexibility.
