Ways to Reduce Chargebacks

1. Always use a name that your customer will recognize: always offer on the descriptors something that your customers can recognize.

2. Do not ever make promises that you can't keep: if you get to a certain point where you can't commit to your words this opens you to a lot of chargebacks.

3. Try not to hold your customer's money: the longer you hold what your customer paid for, the more time will have your customers to perform a chargeback.
