After two months of WFH & before allowing our team to return to the office as North Carolina entered Phase 2, we adjusted spatial workflows to accommodate social distancing. We also considered the origins of our evidential purchases and incoming shipments, implementing PPE protocol to protect our team & clients. We have PPE available for evidence handling & disinfect surfaces/equipment involved in the process. We are thankful that our entire team has remained healthy. | | | |

NCSOS 1st Virtual Training | In August, we were invited to the first ever virtual meeting of the NC Secretary Of State's Anti-Counterfeiting Task Force, & conducted brand trainings on behalf of several clients. We enjoyed seeing law enforcement professionals from across the state, eager to learn authentication tips & use their new knowledge in the streets. North Carolina is lucky to have a task force with such dedication to protecting IPR. We appreciate their ongoing support & efforts. | | | |

Amazon Seller Details On Display | As of Sept. 1st, Amazon.com displays seller details (business name & address) on Seller Profile pages. The posted details are a helpful jump start for investigations, evaluating potential evidential purchases (especially on FBA items) & immediately identify overseas sellers. Although previously available in Europe, Japan & Mexico, we appreciate the U.S. marketplace revealing this info, even as the platform continues to pose a variety of challenges for brands. To find the seller's profile, click the seller ID next to 'sold by' for that item, which is a hyperlink to that seller's profile page. We're here to help if needed. | | | |
