Hi everyone, and welcome to the June edition of our newsletter.
Every week there seems to be an update from one Professional Body or another on use of calculators in exams, remote invigilation, change of results etc, and it got us thinking here at HTFT Partnership - how do you keep abreast of all of this information.
So this months newsletter is going to focus on social media and how we use it.
We are tremendously proud of all of you and the resilience you are all showing.
Stay safe.

Update from Professional Bodies
AAT Some AAT exam centres are re-opening to offer exams from the 29th June. AAT is working towards remote invigilation for some of its assessments from August 2020. Unfortunately, not all assessments can be taken via remote invigilation for security reasons so AAT are continuing to investigate possible solutions where remote invigilation cannot work.
ACCA As from the 18th June, students will be able to sit remotely invigilated on-demand CBEs (AB, MA, FA and LW exams): Remotely invigilated exam pilot (Applied Skills, AFM and SBL) taking place 6th - 17th July
CIMA Remote exams have been available for the CIMA Professional Qualification since the 4th May: CIMA FAQs Case Study results have been moved back: OCS = 9th July, MCS = 16th July and SCS = 23rd July

Social media.....
It is somewhat an obvious thing to state that Social Media offers a level of instant update that other communication platforms are unable to match. But how have you been using Social Media to support your studies during these unprecedented times? We have a number of Social Media outlets, which we would encourage you to follow: HTFT Twitter HTFT Facebook HTFT LinkedIn
We use these outlets to share information on exam updates, study tips, resources etc, but we would be keen to understand from you the following: How do you use Social Media to support your studies? What kind of support/information is not available through Social Media that you would like to see?
Any answers to these questions or ideas would be gratefully received (email in), and will help us enhance how we use Social Media, which ultimately will help everyone studying.

Helping each other.....
This is one thing I know we are all good at. I am always seeing HTFT students helping each other, with bits of advice, support and encouragement. We need, during these times, to do more of this.
