Love is medicine, a healing balm. Allow your Love, your faith to lead you through these trying times.
This experience is temporary, as all else is. The outer is an illusion, the virus cannot effect your Spirit unless you allow it. Your Spirit is whole, is love. Your body is the vehicle for your Spirit- keep it safe, but don’t allow it to take over.
Which will you choose? Yes, you have a choice! The moment your mind goes into Fear, recognize it and let it go, knowing it’s an experience but NOT the truth.
There is One truth- God. Focus on that, the Spirit that you ARE and let it lead you! Lifting you up, lifting others up. Yes, the fear feels real, but it's only as real as you make it...Where your attention goes- is what will grow!
Let’s not grow the fear, let’s grow the Love that’s happening all around everyday.

When you start to feel Fear take over say this: *I awaken to Love now. I feel it happening within and around me and know I am safe. I am loved and I have all I need and more.
