The secret to Thriving in 2020 is... make time for MEDITATION! This will raise your energetic vibration to attract what you want to receive. This will give you freedom. This will change your mind from unknowing to knowing. From anxiety to peace. From illness to health.
As you meditate, your vibration is lifted. As it’s lifted, lower vibrations that have been keeping you from thriving such as stress, emotions or pain will begin to fall away.
Meditation IS your most important time of day because you’re connecting to Spirit- the truth of who you are and making your energy/yourSelf a priority. When you do that others will too. People or opportunities that you can’t even fathom with your mind will appear from the higher vibration you’re radiating. Because you’re coming from God as source- where resources are Unlimited, there is All you need and more!
Sit down, Breathe, Connect with Source. Be in that higher energy and say- I Am Healthy, I am Prosperous. I Am (fill in the blank) This is how you become what you want to experience. Sit with it, Feel it, Allow it to flow through you. Give yourself this time to BE- everyday.
