As we move through the 4th month of quarantine, a masked society and seeing loved ones from a distance still isn’t familiar. Feelings of fear, anger and uncertainty linger, leaving a heaviness in the air.
The heaviness in the air causes many to experience anxiety, fatigue, or sadness. That’s because we are energy beings, and our Energy is effected by the energy of our surroundings.
Now more than ever it’s time to recognize the power of healthy energy and toxic energy. As toxic people and situations cause stress, which compromises the immune system. So if you watch the news, give yourself a time limit. If a conversation turns toxic, hang up or change the subject. Being informed is Good, dwelling in fear is not, it poisons us.
Keep your energy healthy- get plenty of rest, exercise, get into nature, meditate and get Reiki or counseling if needed.
