Have you ever flown at sunset? It's incredibly inspiring and reminds me of how big the sky, the earth, the universe really is, and how small my problems are. In this moment it reminds me that although this global pandemic FEELS all encompassing, just like the sun, it'll set too.
Yes it’s happening. There’s suffering, sickness, and overwhelming fear. But while it’s happening, I'm reminded of a bigger picture from the sky- that the good stuff is still happening too. Babies are being born (I have a new niece!) we have technology to keep us connected and people are reaching out to help each other...the LOVE is Real!
To shift out of Fear and see this bigger perspective I invite you to walk outside and look up into the sky. BREATHE in its vastness and feel yourself open to its freedom.
Allow the sky to open you up to new possibilities for you to express during this time. Even though everything in our outer world is closing, what can open for you on the inside?
