It’s the end of 2020, how are you feeling? Reflecting on this year I’m tearful, but mostly grateful. I’m tearful because of the suffering, fear and divisiveness humanity is still experiencing. As I shift my perspective and lift out of that heavy energy I see the Blessings this year has brought. People have come together to find solutions, reaching out in new ways to love and support each other. I’ve seen many have spiritual awakenings, and others have found Peace within themselves. To me the holiday season is about Love. I celebrate Christmas, the birth of Christ, and the gift He brought was Love. The Love of God, love of humanity, and that Love heals. No matter what you celebrate, take the Love of this season and Allow it to touch you, to heal your heart, your fears, your body, and help you move forward. This holiday season, my prayer is for all to Awaken to the Christ Light within, and to feel the unconditional Love of Spirit. I ask for healing of the hearts of humanity, and health for ALL. Thank YOU for being a part of my community this year, whether it’s reading this, sharing it or coming in for a session. Know that you are a part of a greater awakening, and I appreciate your energy.
